PCOS Support and Restore Tea

This tea was formulated and may help support your PCOS healing journey. The ingredients may help support menstrual regulation, hormone balance, reduction of inflammation, and more. 

Instructions:

Prepare your tea by using 1 tablespoon per 8oz of hot water. Enjoy any time of day, 2x a day, in the evening after dinner and before bed ideally. Steep for 10-15 minutes, add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy. This tea contains no caffeine but a couple ingredients might have a sedative effect. It will likely also stain anything it comes into contact with because of the turmeric. 

*Pro Tip: if you need even more flavor as a serving of spearmint to the brew!

Chamomile flower, Chaste berry, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Peppercorn, Ashwaghanda root, Licorice root, and Cinnamon bark chips.

Rare cases of anaphylaxis (a life-threatening allergic reaction) have occurred in people who consumed or came into contact with chamomile products. People are more likely to experience allergic reactions to chamomile if they're allergic to related plants such as ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, or daisies.

Might elevate blood pressure if the consumer is hypertensive or on blood pressure medication due to the licorice root.
