Lemon Balm Tincture

 Dosage:

• Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb
• 1 droppers full, 2-5X a day, between meals 
• Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz of water or juice
• For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instructions on the product label.
• A single “dropper full” in a standard tincture bottle is around 1 ml, and a teaspoon is 5 ml.
• This tincture can also be taken straight without water. However, it is recommended that you dilute it in 4 - 6 oz of water, tea (iced or hot), or juice.
